Wonderful Stay in a Charming Hotel
daily cleaning spacious room friendly staff central location
our stay lasted three nights and i found the staff kind. the boulevard room was sufficiently spacious, a pleasant surprise for its size (it felt bigger than other european rooms). the room received daily cleaning service, ensuring a comfortable environment. i also appreciated the hotel's location as many restaurants and shops were within walking distance.
i did notice that there were no tea and coffee making facilities available directly in the room. complimentary tea and coffee were available in the lounge area downstairs, but in-room access would have been more convenient.

the location was convenient. it was easy to reach many places (i liked that!). the staff was helpful, a real plus. the room was a club room and was a good size.
the breakfast selection was limited (i thought there could have been more options). i found the room service menu a bit basic. the noise from the street was noticeable at times.

quiet location and lovely amenities
helpful staff room safe good selection
the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the room had a safe for valuables. complimentary coffee and tea were available in the lounge, a nice perk. i found a good selection of items during breakfast.
the room was on the smaller side, typical for city center hotels, but it was manageable.

super clean room cozy robes
the room was super clean and spacious, thats a plus. cozy robes and slippers was in the bathroom, it was smaller but the robes made up for that.
the pomelo scented products were lovely, but i did find the scent a bit too strong.
